Das Menü zur Bedienung war einigermaßen verständlich. Gibt es verschiedene Anlegestellen der Fähren ? Ich hoffe, dass ich am großen Hafen wo das anschließende Kreuzfahrtschiff abfährt auch ankomme. Hoffentlich muss ich nicht mit dem Taxi über die ganze Insel fahren. Ob ich tatsächlich eine Empfehlung aussprechen kann werde ich erst merken wenn ich an der richtigen Anlegestelle ankomme.

nous regrettons qu'il ne soit pas possible de faire un billet multi réservation quand on veut aller d'une iles à l'autre dans les iles ioniennes il nous a fallu rentrer 3 fois toutes nos coordonnées c'est regrettable

I have had a terrible experience. The date changed on the website and I didn't notice until I received the confirmation. My tickets are for the wrong day, which I notified you about within minutes of receiving the tickets via email. Yet the ferry company now says I owe a 50% fee to switch the date, even though I paid for insurance? It's outrageous.

Comme de nombreux sites de réservation de ferries, votre site ne permet pas de réserver en une fois un traversée pour 2 personnes avec 2 motos. Or c'est une situation qui se présente régulièrement et qui mériterait donc une modification de votre site internet. Heureusement qu'Alexandra était là pour m'aider et résoudre le problème rapidement. Merci Alexandra !
