The website was very easy to use and the email response was almost instant. Great Job!!! Only comment would be a cell phone application option for ticket delivery. This would help in case the print outs get damage or misplaced.

Only confusing thing was that the first email received after the booking has a "submit Payment" button and it does not make it clear whether we should click on it again. It looks like we do not need to. So you should eliminate it from the email. Thanks.

Thank you. The booking service was clear and easy to use. Well done! Just one possible improvement would be to book return tickets with outward and return journeys on different dates. I had to make two separate bookings.
