You offered tickets, I have got vochers, not tickets. thats a totally different story. very expensive administrative costs, only vochers not tickets, thus you have to go to the ticket office, very poor and time consuming process

This is a condition dictated by the Maritime Company itself, not dependent by our reservation center. The reservation guarantees prices and availability. We remain available for others nformations.
