Please may I have tickets in English. It is difficult and I am sorry, but my Italian is only good for shopping not reading

Mis amigos y yo quedamos super contentos con el servicio recibido, inclusive hasta después de haber comprado los billetes, teniamos algunas dudas con la dirección del puerto y donde podíamos estacionar el coche. Llamanos nuevamente al call center y nos ayudaron con todas nuestras dudas. Super recomendado

Unkomplizierte und schnelle online Buchung

Für mich war es die erste Buchung einer Fähre nach Sardinien und dies auch noch für eine größere Gruppe. Der Online Kontakt war sehr einfach herzustellen und nachdem die Kostenfrage geklärt war es ans buchen ging war der Kontakt mit Martina superschnell und zuvorkommend. In meinen Augen völlig Problemlos und gerne wieder mit ok ferry

Es hatt halles reibungslos funktioniert und wir konnten sogar eine Fähre früher benutzen bei der Hinfahrt. Wirklich eifach und reibungslos!

Alles super. Buchungsdaten eintragen war sehr einfach. Bekam auch gleich eine Mail mit der Buchungsanfrage und kurze Zeit später gleich die Bestätigung mit dem Ticket.

The information in the site is misleading. According to the information from this site, I suppose to board the ferry from Molo Manfredi port where my cruise ship is expected to ported. But I need to pick up the ticket from the Concordia port which is a mile away.

Dear customer, we thank you for your feedback and we confirm that some companies does not sell tickets valid for boarding but only vouchers that have to be converted at the ticket-office. This is a condition dictated by the Maritime Company itself, not dependent by our reservation center. The reservation guarantees prices and availability. We remain available for others informations. An improvement would be a quicker response in emailing tickets, for example when booking with Trainline, a confirmation email was sent immediately confirming booking. Having to wait overnight for tickets to arrive keft me feeling indirect of the online booking had been successful.

me ha parecido un servicio correcto, he tenido algún problema debido a que inicialmente viene en ingles y no lo traduje al castellano ,pero todo solucionado, tampoco queda claro si lo haces on line, el tener que pasar por la ventanilla de compra de billetes antes de la salida, pensaba que con el billete electrónico ya era suficiente
