After I received confirmation of payment, I was surprised to find a 10Euro service charge. This was not shown during my order. I had visited the Sardenia Ferry Company's website directly to view their offer. Their price was the same so I decided to continue with you. In order to offer more transparency, please inform the customer in advance that you would be charging a service charge.

La respuesta a la compra fue inmediata, pero no dieron la información correcta en la página web acerca de los horarios de salida de los ferrys. Me enviaron un voucher que no indica el horario de salida. Estoy solicitando información respecto a los horarios, ya que nos resulta dificil viajar de noche, y en la página web indicaba -para ser utilizado en cualquier horario entre las 00 y las 23,30 hs.

I found the online system a bit confusing. Had to go through a few steps to purchase. Took me a min up to figure out where and when to enter credit card info as you make the reservation it does not ask for it. It was all fine in the end!
