A la suite de la réservation : un changement de destination obligatoire l’annonce d’un tarif plus cher, l’envoi d’une nouvelle réservation rectifiée ... c’est contrariant mais le suivi semble Efficace. J’espère qu’il n’y aura plus de «problèmes ». Contact agréable par téléphone.

The website was very easy. One of the last steps changed to Italian for the payment which made me nervous. It all worked out and I got my tickets. Looking forward to taking the ferry in October and I will write another review.

Katastrophaler Buchungsvorgang. Keine Bestätigung. Keine Antwort per Telefon möglich, da keine Person erreichbar. Email war leider auch sehr schlecht. Tickets wurden viel zu spät versendet. Leider sind wir als Firma sehr unzufrieden mit dem Service.

I am satisfied with the service you provided, however I have only one observation: I am from Costa Rica and this country isn't available within the country options when asked where I was from. I hope I won't have any trouble getting on the ferry because of this. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Ich bin nicht ganz zufrieden weil das Ticket nicht gesendet wurde, dafür wurde eine Benachrichtigung gesendet, dass es gesendet wurde, und dann eine Benachrichtigung geschickt, dass der betrag zurückerstattet wurde. Sehr seltsam alles.

Insgesamt gut. allerdings blieben zwei infos für uns offen! Die Abfahrtsfrequenz und die Antwort auf meine zweimalige Frage, wie die Checkin Zeit bis zur Abfahrt von 2 Stunden verkürzt werden kann. Wann ist es tagsüber zeitlich geschickt, anzukommen? Danke für diese Infos im Voraus Andreas Nögel

Hello, Ordering tickets was very simple only little confusion was with an email stating I needed to go to a secure website to purchase tickets but I had already received the other email with the tickets. Just had to double check the booking # to confirm this was the same vendor and not a fraud of some sort. But I'm happy with the process.
