1) the 12EU service fee is very high 2) the inclusion of insurance by default is just a bad idea. I forgot to remove it, and now I'm stuck with expense I did not want or need. 3) I requested round trip, it only booked one leg.

Great boat, great crew but a stupid ticketing offer: why cannot we change the port to leave the island vs. the initial booking for a supplement...the excuse was that the insurance does not allow it.. That is a stupid sales argument and the counter being that we can use a ticket for one upcoming year....that makes no sense and proves that you company has a lot to go to be a top player....

My situation has not yet been resolved. Tickets # WT19H17045 arrived with three of the same ticket, which was the return ticket, and none at all of the original initial fare. All were in my name, none in my husband's, though his name was provided. Ticket #WT19H45168 arrived with only the receipt for payment and no ticket vouchers at all. I have emailed the company and have yet had NO reply.
