Im Prinzip ist alles gut zu verstehen und zu buchen. Die E-Mail mit den Tickets ist leider auf Italienisch. Besser wäre es, wenn auch hier das Anschreiben auf deutsch wäre.

Terrible. made a mistake on booking date and phoned immediately. They would not do anything. BEWARE. Make sure before you book. Because if you make a mistake. They will do NOTHING.

I received an e-mail with the outbound ticket within a few minutes; however, the return ticket (Capri to Naples on 11/10 at 11:20 has not arrived. Fortunately, I have the receipt so maybe I will be able to convince someone in Naples to issue the missing ticket.

Übersichtliche Website, einfache Online-Buchung, reibungsloser Zahlungsvorgang. Top, ausser, dass es nicht klar ist, ob die gebuchten Fahrkarten via Post oder via Mail zugesendet werden. Via Post wird es zeitlich wohl etwas eng, da ich und mein Sohn diesen Samstag in Piombino in die Fähre steigen werden.

Abfahrtsstation bzw. wie sieht die Fähre aus ist nicht ersichtlich
