I was surprised that after booking the tickets i found out that there was an additional booking fee of 20+euro payment for 2tickets, a big amount that was equivalent to the payment for one ticket. This should be mentioned at the beginnning!

When I entered my Italian phone number the website would not allow me to continue. It said to fill in blank spaces but then would freeze up so I would have to start again. If I left the form the way auto fill did it, with my US phone number, it allowed me to continue. Otherwise a great website and very easy and convenient to navigate.
