The ferry service was great. The exact location to leave Naples was very confusing. When we clicked on the map from your link, it took us 4km from where we actually needed to be. Thankfully, a gentleman drove us to the other port. This could be better clarified.

I booked ferries at late notice. There was a change to the stated time and I was immediately telephoned by your agent, Francesca, to notify me of the change (on a Sunday evening I might add). In addition to advising me of this Francesca also assisted with another issue where my bank witheld the payment. I cannot recommend the service highly enough and Francesca deserves a commendation!

When we arrived in positano to take the ferry back we were informed that there was no ferry today. It was up to us to try and arrange a refund and get alternative transportation to sorrento. Given that you had our email it was very disappointing to not receive any advance Notice that the ferry was cancelled. more to say but limited characters so such much for feedback
