Das Buchungs- Procedere war schnell und effizient. Leider wurden uns nur Voucher und keine Tickets per Email zugestellt, sodass man zuerst an einen Schalter muss, um die Tickets abzuholen. Besser wäre es, wenn wir die Tickets bereits erhalten hätten, damit wir direkt an Bord gehen könnten.

La commande pour 2 personnes était = 1 male + 1 female. Le mail de confirmation est bien conforme à la commande = 1 male + 1 female . En revanche, les billets reçus en piece jointe au mail n'est pas conforme = 1 male + 1 male. Nationalité incorrecte. Problème informatique ?? Le prix de la réservation est assez élevé.

Vous avez débité ma CB pour l'achat de 2 billets (termoli-tremiti et tremiti-vieste) alors que le billet tremiti-vieste n'était pas disponible (contrairement à ce que votre site web indiquait).Et Vous m'informez de cette anomalie le lendemain à 18h, sans excuses et sans garantie pour moi (l'argent est débité et je n'ai ni voucher, ni même la date indicative à laquelle le billet sera disponible).

The procedure was simple enough. My only criticism is that I thought the tickets would be available for download immediately with the confirmation email (many other websites I use do this). I think it would be a good idea to state a time frame of when to expect the tickets to arrive.I was panicking that I just had a piece of paper to run around with at the port.
