Problemlos

The site was very easy to understand and to use to purchase tickets.

Einfache, schnelle und unkomplizierte Abwicklung!! Perfekt!!

Schnelle, problemlose Buchung.

Schnell und unbürokratisch!!

The service was very good and very prompt. However, how the price can differ by €100 between making the request and being offered the tickets I am not sure - disappointing.

Dear Customer, we are sorry for your negative experience. We inform you that unfortunately, at the time of your booking, the chosen ferry company has updated availability and rates, generating this price increase. Best regards, the Staff of Ok-Ferry

when booking tickets for the ferry I found the process straight forward and easy to understand. I would use this web site again next time I go to Elba.
