muy rápido y eficiente, esperemos que el viaje sea igual gracias

Excellent booking service. Very easy website to navigate and book the tickets. Only confusing thing was that the first email received after the booking has a "submit Payment" button and it does not make it clear whether we should click on it again. It looks like we do not need to. So you should eliminate it from the email. Thanks.

Dear Customer, we thank you for your report and we inform you that the payment request has automatically sent by the system to allow customers who do not pay immediately to enter their credit card details at a later time. If instead the payment is made at the same time as the booking, as in your case, the "submit payment" button is idle. Thank you, the Staff of Ok-Ferry

Thank you. The booking service was clear and easy to use. Well done! Just one possible improvement would be to book return tickets with outward and return journeys on different dates. I had to make two separate bookings.

Dear Customer, thank you for choosing our service. We kindly inform you that it is possible to book outward journey and return journey on different dates in a single reservation, without having to make two separate bookings. We remain at your disposal for further informations, the Staff of Ok-Ferry
