Bei der Auswahl der Route wäre gut „Piombino Richtung Elba (alle Ziele)“. Die Auswahl „alle Routen“ hilft überhaupt nicht. Bei der Zeitübersicht wäre es gut, wenn die Preise angezeigt würden, dann kann man sehen welches die Günstigste ist.

Schnell, einfach, unkompliziert. Vor allem haben wir auf dieser Website das Zeichen und die Beschreibung zu Parti Prima (damit können frühere Fähren genutzt werden) gefunden. Auf anderen Portalen hat diese Info gefehlt.

Excellent service. Easy to contact the company on their call centre and amend the booking as i have done my booking for March 30th by mistake but i easily submitted a request to change it to March 27th.

Your online service was excellent - very user friendly - quick and easy. Just wasn't sure if that was the final schedule for the summer or if more sailings will be added. Was looking to book some earlier sailing times on some other dates.

Très ergonomique et pratique pour réserver rapidement. Tout est clair et facile à utiliser pour réserver la traversée. Toutefois la réception des billets n'est pas claire on a l'impression que j'ai été débitée 2 fois. Et je trouve que le paiement n'est pas assez sécurisé car pas de code de confirmation à saisir (par exemple reçu par SMS).
