Perfect.

I found navigating the website very easy , as was the booking process . Great communication too

Good efficent service.Recommended

Excellent! Easy to use!

Bin seit vielen Jahren sehr zufrieden

Very happy with the service. It was straight forward and simple enough to complete.

I dont receive a invoice

Very easy to use service and prompt replies from reservations staff.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden.

Speedy excellent service provided

As a first time user I found the site very simple to use (and in English was a real bonus), the response times were extremely good to any queries that I had. So overall, a really good experience. Maybe value for money is my only reservation that prevents a 5* review.

Easy to order even from Canada. . Tickets did not appear on initial email, but order was corrected promptly. Thank you for excellent service.

Rapide et efficace

ok

Guter Preis , superschnelle Bearbeitung. Danke

Site internet facile à utiliser nombreux horaires disponibles

Booking system so far works v good.Let me be back with my opinion about travelling.

Your booking agent Jessica was very professional, kind and helpful. There was a problem with your online banking portal for a couple of days accepting credit cards from the U.S. but thanks to Jessica the issue was identified and corrected.

Very clear site and easy to work.

Very convenient.

It is not clear from the information of the site, that the ticket I bought is just a voucher, and that I still have to check-in to acquire a tichet with which i can embark. The response on my e-mail was however quick and adequate, so now I am wellinformed

Good and rapid servivce - thank you

I appreciate the prompt answers to my questions that I had immediately after booking. Although the questions were perhaps silly, they were very professional and provided the details I needed.

Very easy to book from Australia. Prompt confirmation, very smooth process. Thank you.

Very easy to organise.

Übersichtliche Homepage, sehr schnelle Abwicklung unserer Bestellung.

Cordialement

The booking site is perfect, I have just one remark: I did have to check on the "privacy" item, otherwise I got the error "All items with * are obligatory". The privacy item did not have an asterisk and I think you will let the choice to the customer if he wants that his data can be used.

Excellent service.

Good website, easy to use and the alternative suggestions are an excellent feature. The tickets were promptly sent. The only thing I'm unsure about is whether or not I should print the tickets or whether I can use the files on my phone
