sehr gut, einfach und und rasch

einfache Bedienung, sofortige Bearbeitung

Kh.

I haven't received an email the ferry ticket I have booked. If you can include the link for my ticket on this survey, it will be much easier for your customers. Moreover, I live in America, it is not clear if I can book the tickets by using American dollars. I hope you have this information on your website, that way will be easier for anyone to understand the booking information. Overall good job!

Buchung ging schnell und reibungslos. Anleitung verständlich.

Great speedy service . Would use you again certainly. Jean

o.k., friendly,...

sehr gut!

Quick, efficient service.

The information regarding the ferry (like open deck, armchair) should be posted at selecting the time. Except for that it is fine.

Handy website because it was in English. However in booking a ferry from Ischia to Sorrento it wasn't clear 1 bag was allowed anyway so I book a bag each at extra cost. It seems I have now booked and paid for 2 bags each.

Quick and easy. The only problem was American Express card payments were not available.

Very simple to follow and very efficient

Service was great. Company went out of the way to alert me that there was an issue with my payment, which allowed me to get things sorted out before I arrived in Italy. I really appreciate this above and beyond step- many companies would not have taken the time to alert me, leaving me in a bind when I arrived. Thank you!

Very pleased with the online service. Buying the tickets I needed was quick and easy.

Tip Top

Excellent, easy to use, quick service . Highly recommend ...

Excellent

Professional and responsive service. I was able to book easily and then needed a change to my tickets and was accommodated quickly and without hassle. Got my new tickets in no time as promised, and now we're ready to go! Would definitely recommend this service to friends.

Very quick and easy to find dates/times and to go through the booking service.

Guten Tag Gute Uebersicht für die Buchung, rasche Rückmeldung

Excellent service; my only suggestion would be to explain that tickets from Napoli need to be exchanged for boarding passes; without an understanding of Italian, that's not altogether clear.

easy to handle, friendly und very quick

OK Ferry could do no more than they did to help - they helped me with the best value and answered all questions clearly ... in English. The OK customer service manager Alex was easy and friendly to deal with.

I had some problems with Paypal payment, and they were very helpful.

Excellent service. Quick and easy to use and the tickets were emailed to me straight away. Thank you.

excellent booking tool

Great service for sure. MJ

Quick and efficient!

sehr schnelle reibungslose Transaktion

Very Easy to book and navigate

Easy, quick and wonderful way of booking tickets.

Everything fine, but the explication of your formula parti prima is only in Italian, would be interesting also in other languages.

Sehr unkompliziert,schnelle bearbeitung.top leistung

I have been pleased with our service . It is very easy to use. The only problem is to know what is "prénom" and "nom" (in french) in your site. You don't use the word "lastname".

I had some initial problems with the credit card transaction, possibly because I was booking from the United States. But I'm very pleased with the follow-up service that was provided to help me solve the problem. I'm glad to have the option to book tickets online before our trip so that we don't have to worry!

Great service

Excellent service- prompt and efficient. Thank you.

Alles bestens !
