sehr einfache Bchung, klare Erläuterungen, immer gerne

Booking fee is a rip off and not fair.

Gut

When we arrived in positano to take the ferry back we were informed that there was no ferry today. It was up to us to try and arrange a refund and get alternative transportation to sorrento. Given that you had our email it was very disappointing to not receive any advance Notice that the ferry was cancelled. more to say but limited characters so such much for feedback

All is ok.

Alles bestens!

Also kein Ticket zum Ausdrucken. Habe sofort reklamiert. Antwort läasst auf sich warten :(

OK Ferry provided excellent service on my booking of the ferry service. They were prompt to respond to my queries. All communication was conducted in very good English language which made it even easier. Thanks OK Ferry

Absolut unproblematische Abwicklung.

Der Buchungsvorgang ist simpel und schnell durchführbar! Bestätigungsmail innerhalb fünf Minuten empfangen

Excellent quick service

Pleasantly surprised how efficient everything worked, from searching for tickets to booked. paid and in my mail within 15 minutes!

very efficient and fast.thank you

EXELLENT

schnelle Antwort, Tickets innerhalb von 5 Minuten gesendet.

Very nice note 10

Very good service!!! Fast and easy!!

easy reservation system. Like it

Very easy to understand.

It was incredible. I paid the round trip tickets before departure, but Caremear did not have any record of the code number not even my name. After 20 min they could manage to infere my name in Naples as well as in Ischia. Id frecomend to but tickets directly with the transport company. Rgds Aurelñiano

Dear Customer, we kindly ask you to write us an email to explain what happened at the port. Thank you, the Staff of Ok-Ferry

Easy to use, fast response, appropriate evidence of the transaction.

Fast and efficient once I'd worked out where to take the ferry from.

Very fast - very easy

Transparente Informatione, einfache und schnelle Buchung

Site is easy to use. Credit card does not go through right away, however service is quick to send you an email with a secure link. Thanks.

I am very satisfied with your service, efficiency and also the kindness of your personel.

Sehr Gut. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Very efficient and clear website.

This was a quick and easy way to purchase tickets for the ferry to Capri. Do this early, because we had to take a different out boarding time because, especially during the summer, the ferry books quickly. I would recommend this service to all. As a novice in making early plans for vacations, I was thrilled with the ease and efficiency.

Earlier today I tried to book for tomorrow, but it was said that i was not possible to book. Wheb I tried in the afternoon it worked

Unkompliziert und schnell, gerne wieder!
