Site internet très convivial et très rapide pour la sélection des ferry. Réception très rapide des réservations. Très bien dans l'ensemble. Je ne mets que 4 étoiles car il est dommage de ne pas pouvoir télécharger les cartes d'embarquement (comme on peut le faire dans les avions) et être obligés d'aller à la compagnie les échanger contre le voucher. Cela fait perdre un peu de temps.
Cher Client,malheureusement, certaines compagnies maritimes ne fournissent pas un e-ticket valable pour l'embarquement, mais seulement un voucher à convertir à la billetterie du port avant le départ. Acheter les vouchers en ligne et payer leur frais de prévente signifie s'assurer une place sur le ferry, en évitant le risque de ne pas trouver de la disponibilité, en particulier pendant la haute saison.
