Aufgrund eines Fehlers bei der Eingabe meiner Daten hatte ich eine falsche E-Mail-Adresse eingegeben, die ich aber in wenigen Minuten direkt über die FAQ im Kundenbereich ändern konnte.
Ich musste meine Reservierung stornieren und konnte schnell von meinem privaten Bereich fortfahren, ohne am Telefon anzustehen.
Super Unterstützung bei der Buchung, auch sonntags erreichbar! Kann ich nur empfehlen.
