It was simple to get buy the tickets!

fast and efficent. thanks you!

Excellent!

very good service, very helpful, good website

It is a quite expensive, if I have booked more tickets.

If we come to Capri again we would surely use your services again.

Very easy to book and website very clear.

Excellent service. Very speedy despatch of tickets. Web site very easy to use.

Service was prompt and pleasant. I would recommend using ok ferry to others. I plan to book another trip with them shortly.

Very prompt and clear in their reply of my queries.

I needed ferry tickets from Naples to Sorrento and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was booking with Ok-ferry. I was a little concerned when I received an email asking for payment when I had given my credit card details on the booking page, but I followed their instructions and received the tickets within a few minutes of paying, by return email. I would use this company again.

excellent , tickets arrived by e'mail the next day. easy booking system to follow

Hervorragende Betreuung. Grazie a voi e tanti saluti da Vienna!! Dr.Klackl

Excellent service

Excellent service.

Sehr gut, sehr schnell, alles super

I paid 111 €, but the cost of the Ferrys is only 66 €. for me the difference is to high

Dear Customer,
following a verification of your dossier WT15E44126, we have noticed that the total payment was EUR 84.80, not EUR 111.00, as specified in the summary sent by email. Therefore we kindly ask you to check the payment with your credit card to make sure everything is correct.
Best regards,
Ok-Ferry Staff

When I was preparing the booking of the tickets all steps were pretty simple. Only problem that I had is the payment. I did the transaction but there was no booking. I got the mail from the support team which was OK but when I redo the payment through secure web link was blocked. On the end it show that payment was not successful which was wrong. I got an e-mail with confirmation and the tickets.

Clair et efficace.Merci.

Everything was perfect.

sehr gut und freundlich

Very efficient and easy

Absolutely hitch free. Couldn't print but ticket office obliged instantly. Eurail could learn a lot from SNAV.

Easy to use and fast confirmation of booking. Tickets sent by email next working day. No hesitation in recommending to others and I'll definitely use again

Alles hat prima geklappt!

everything fine - thank you!

The capri.net website is excellent, and the follow up with your ticket information and sale is also very helpful. Great to have it sorted when we are under a bit of time pressure on our departure date, thank you.

simple and fast.

Extremely convenient and informative site!! Highly recommended 👍🏻

The service was very good. I got the tickets in my email in less than 12 hours. I would recommend in the future having space to enter the names of each of the passengers for the ferry instead of only one name. Thank you for your service!

so far - I haven't travelled yet - it's been quite clear and easy. I hope we can make the connections and all will be well.

I am very happy with the service.

Service parfait et rapide!

The service is excellent and very user friendly. My tickets were emailed to me within 24 hours

Very fast and easy booking tickets

Great service! Called me to make sure I received my tickets.

The service is very good.

Pratique !!
