It is not clear from the information of the site, that the ticket I bought is just a voucher, and that I still have to check-in to acquire a tichet with which i can embark. The response on my e-mail was however quick and adequate, so now I am wellinformed

The booking site is perfect, I have just one remark: I did have to check on the "privacy" item, otherwise I got the error "All items with * are obligatory". The privacy item did not have an asterisk and I think you will let the choice to the customer if he wants that his data can be used.

Globalement satisfait. Les horaires sont clairs et la réservation se fait sans problème. Le seul point "gênant" concerne les Conditions Générales de Ustica Lines & Siremar qui ne sont qu'en Italien. J'aurais bien vu au moins de l'anglais pour être sûr de ne rien manquer. Idem pour les "choses à savoir avant de partir" de Prenotazioni24. Suite des commentaires après le voyage !

Le voyage n' a pas encore eu lieu, mais pour l'instant le service de réservation m'a donné toute satisfaction, j'ai une recours au centre d'appel qui m'ont répondu rapidement et de manière très pertinente.Je conseille donc.

Todo muy bien y muy correcto. Las condiciones generales deberían dar opción a más idiomas ( español, italiano )pues solo se han recibido en inglés, idioma no utilizado para operar con ustedes.

Very easy to book through your company and we received our receipt straight away. We have been through that part of Italy a few times, twice to Capri from Naples and spent three days in Cinque terre. This is our first time in Salerno and would like to know how long it will take us from the cruise terminal to the ferry? Thanks in advance
