1) the 12EU service fee is very high 2) the inclusion of insurance by default is just a bad idea. I forgot to remove it, and now I'm stuck with expense I did not want or need. 3) I requested round trip, it only booked one leg.

Es hat alles super geklappt. Leider ist der Preis innerhalb eines Tages um 40€ gestiegen. Die Online- Tickets auf dem Smartphone haben ausgereicht.

Hallo ich finde nicht mrin ticket wie kann ich mein ticket finden ?.

Great boat, great crew but a stupid ticketing offer: why cannot we change the port to leave the island vs. the initial booking for a supplement...the excuse was that the insurance does not allow it.. That is a stupid sales argument and the counter being that we can use a ticket for one upcoming year....that makes no sense and proves that you company has a lot to go to be a top player....

Es war sehr problemlos. Ich hoffe, dass die Überfahrt nah Elba wird auch so.

The service was fine. The only thing I found a little confusing was that I thought I had booked but then I got the email that I had not that it was only a request and there was another step.

Overall good swift service, but 3rd page associated with tickets is only in Italian despite my details indicating I am from the UK.
