Wegen Corona musste unsere Reise nach Elba an Ostern abgesagt werden. Die Fährgesellschaft hat keinen Betrag rückerstattet, sondern Gutscheine geschickt, welche 1 Jahr gültig sind. Bei einer erneuten Buchung können diese nun nirgends angegeben werden. Das ist nicht kundenfreundlich und verkompliziert die Abläufe.
